is there an easier way to install sis files other than using pc suite?

What's difficult with PC Suite (assuming you already have it up and running; it just a question of selecting the file and hitting the green arrow in the PC Suite Application Installer)?
Anyway....
Simply send them over Bluetooth (or infrared, depending on your phone).
