Trouble Backing Up Phone

I can't backup my phone when using Sendo PC Connect. It tells me that a file is being accessed: C:\System\Data\cldbe.dat.

Doing a search for this, someone has said it is a Psiloc file (I have their Screen Saver program installed). I've sent an email to their support but does anyone know how to get around this probem? I have a free process viewer program (Switcher) to kill processes off but I can't find the right one.

I want to upgrade my Vodafone f/w and want to make sure my phone is backed up properly. BTW the backup to memory card seemed to work OK, but belts and braces and all that!

Can anyone tell me if Sendo's PC Backup will have backed up all other files if it complains about some files not being backed up?

The message I get is:
The backup did not successfully back up all the files on your device. Please ensure that you do not open any programs on your device when a backup is in progress.

If it is only the one file that won't get backed up then I don't mind too much. My worry is that the backup has generally failed and other files aren't being backed up.
