Hi

I wish to use my Nokia 6600 just to run Tom Tom but when I remove the sim card I cannot get past the (insert sim card) display.

Can someone please assist me.

Many thanks

:icon4: there is no way to put OS7 phones into flight (offline mode) :icon4:

U can do it with system tools but only on OS 6 phones, and even better, OS8 phones have a built in off line mode.

BTW:

how can there be no way of putting them onto flight mode? isnt that what psiloc system tools does? and it does work on 7610/6670 right? whats the difference b/w flight mode and safe mode? i downloaded dont know what file from your website but it never worked

Come on guys,

I am no whiz kid but surely one of you must have the answer in simple language.

OK I found out the easy way to do this is to request a new sim card from your phone co and your old one is automatically cancelled.

Leave the old one in and use soley for Sat Nav
