help cant delete installer from inbox

Off course SF team have solution for almost every know error,
run some 3rd party manager, find out file, change properties, go to inbox and delate as well.

I fu need more info about feel free to recah me at bottom address, trough forum, but u can even do it trough shootbox or ask guru form..

lol @ apocalypso, so much reply but no solution neways least e's helpin.

*the .3gp video*

1: Download a file called fexplorer (file explorer) and install it
2: open it and go into the folder C://system/mail
3: there should be quite a few folders here so go through them and eventually you'll find the .3gp file
4: highlight the file and press options then edit then cut
5: go to wherever you want to save the file to and press options then edit then paste

*the installation file*

1: using fexplorer go to c://system/mail
2: scour through the files until you find the installer file and delete it from there

if that doesn't work then holla back i think theres another way to sort that 1 out

there aint supposed to be a mail menu there just a list of folders which practically is ya mail menu.The folders should have weird names like 00001001_s and 00100000_s etc just go through these and the sub-folders and find the file

ok hellraiza found it and managed to save it it was in the main dir of fexplorer in inbox lol didnt even see that first time round still no joy with the p4me cam installer tho cant even find that with fexplorer

Hi, iam from indonesia maybe my english to bad Are u have app Fileman or fileExplorer if u have find folder mail in the system and search folder from a-f and fìnd file ext'sis press keypad c and ok that is if u have any problem u can email me [email protected] maybe i can help u and have a freind another country 1 more time I'm sorry my english to bad.

There is a find file functiion on fexplorer, you just have to highlight you c: drive and then find a *.sis file, when it finds it delete it or change it properties.
ALWAYS BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS TYPE OF PROGRAM YOU CAN EASILY DELETE AN IMPORTANT FILE AND MAKE YOU PHONE INOPERABLE. 😎
Another way to try before all this is to turn the phone of and then back on, this sometimes clears the file for deletion.
