Problems with saving contacts...

Hi all,
I currently own a 6600 that often cashes. so i's very irritating that I cannot save my contacts on the memory card, also not by making a back up. I'm about to buy a N9500, can anyone tell me if this option does exist on the N9500?
Thanks a lot!

The contact list database can be saved onto the memory card, the easiest method is to create a new database and copy your contacts into it. The backup option should back it up to your computer too, though I've never tried the backup/restore system, I've always preferred to back stuff up manually, after an unfortunate incident about 10 years or so ago.

Switchblade, Thanks a lot!
Do you know of any solution for the 6600 too, whithout any third party software?

The first line in Overview section in the page mentioned confused me by saying:

"Contacts Manager for Nokia 9210/9290 can export/import contacts from/to Nokia 9210/9210i/9210c/9290/9500/9300 phones"

It may be that the program really works only in 92xx.

Yes it does (but please read the compatibility.txt file).
You can use it also for easy importing contacts from N6600 into N9500.
But note that N9500 itself allows you to have and use several contacts databases, and doing backup onto MMC.
