MiniGPS won't run - An Error Message every time!

Hi,

I own a Nokia 3650. Actually, i had to sold my old one, and now, a week ago, i've bought the same one. I've restored all my personal data, using the Backup function of the phone, and then - everything from the MMC card as well. But - MiniGPS won't run. I think it's the IMEI different.
So, i've tryed so hard to fix it - reinstall it, delete it, remove it - everything, but every time i try to install it again, i get the message "replace verxx with verxx ?" - it's written somewhere hidden in the phone's memory that i have it. It something like a second copy which i can't remove. So, i've managed to run it at the end - and everything was there - my points, and my tasks. But as soon as i've restarted the phone - villa - an error message appeared on the startup sequence ( i think it was the Ghost MiniGPS loading in the back ), and then a second error when i've tried to actually run the previously working program.
So, i have some questions:
-Where MiniGPS keeps the informacion for everything ( the cell names and the tasks, connected to them ) - mine is installed in E:, but i have some things in C: as well. What files should i keep, if i consider a Hard reset, in order to retain my information alive?
-Where the Symbian puts information for installed apps ( the things, which asks the question "Replace Ver. XX with Ver. XX?" even if you had removed the program ), and where is the 'autoexec.bat' for the symbian - the place i can see what's loading, and eventually, stop it from loading ? I'm having just 1.6 Megs free ram when the phone starts.

Please help. Thank you in advance! 😎
