HardReset - How do i keep Contacts?

Hi,

I possibly need to Hard Reset my Nok3650, and do it all the way again. So, i need to know...

-How do i maintain Contacts, ToDo's, DateBook events and notes ? I can't use the Backup function from the Backup application, as it will remember all the state of the phone, and i need just that information ?
-What about the settings from the Settings tab ( e.g. internet settings and so on ) ?

Thank you in advance!

Menu->Extras->Memory->Backup phone mem.
thats what you need to do to backup contacts, bookmarks etc.
Whats the backup application that'll remember the state of the phone?
Otherwise you can synchronise contacts and calender with Outlook on computer, transfer notes/images etc to computer and after resetting transfer it back to phone.

They are some errors in the memory ( e.g. applications already deleted and invisible loading and so on ), so i wont keep the state of the memory. I just want to keep the information as contacts, todos and calendar entrys. So, the backup system won't help.
The second way seems to be the right one, but i don't have the Nokia data kable/suite. Is it some program, which is able to save all that data to do MMC, so i can transfer the files using a standart Card reader?

Use a backup utility for contacts use contacts manager, for backup in drive c of ur phone use sprite backup!
