I've just been checking out the specs on the new ATP 512MB RS MMC http://flash.atpinc.com/product/rsmmc.php
They say it's dual voltage, but if you check the specs it says it runs between 2.7 - 3.6 V and NOT 1.8 Volts!!!
Bloody hell, I'm really beginning to lose my patience with these companies, especially Nokia for the lack of support for the 6630. 😡 😡 😡
I dont see Dual Voltage mentioned anywhere on that page?
Depends in on what reader you have it will fluctuate between 2.7-3.3v... in dual votage cards this is the upper voltage band (3v) hence these cards are NOT dual Voltage.
It doesent say they are Dual Voltage or MobileMMc complient and you will need cards that specifically say they are RS DV MMC or MobileMMC. Were not going to see 512 till summer at least.

it is your fault for reading things differently and failed to comprehend

Yes, the spec you were reading was from our regular line of RS-MMC. The new DV-RSMMC can take a voltage range of 1.7V-3.6V. Email me at if you have any more questions.
