Hi folks!
Sorry if u feel im a bit dopey here but its my first time using internet forums, and also my first symbian phone so im very mucha novice!
Anyway just thought id share with you folks the website davoom.com is a great place for memory cards and theres a big advertisment on there site they r gonna release there 6630 compatible rs dv mmc cards for sale in March and i think there give a good price so hoping these cards will also be good value 4 money.
Next moving on to TomTom mobile. Can anyone out there confirm that if i was to buy it, then transfer all the files on the standard mmc to a large enough rs dv mmc it would work on the 6630 cos its a great peace of software im dieing to get but i jus really really wanna b sure it'll work. i really think its a shame none of the gps options on the market r compatible with the 6630 right out the box and as far as i no its only cos of the memory card issue! 😃
Wayfinder works with the 6630 (but it is yearly subscription based and uses on-line maps rather than such installed on a memory card): http://www.wayfinder.com/

Hey,
I've just emailed them to ask if they have any DV cards for sale & at what price.
They are no more than half hour away from where I live to.
Will let you know what I get back.
Ian
They're just a distributor for Kingmax cards. If none of the shops have got 256MB ones yet then I doubt they do :frown:
Might have some 128MB cards though.
