Is the 7710 too buggy to buy at the moment?

Hi, just popping in here from my regular haunt in the 6600 forums, I have been looking forward to this phone since I the first version was announced and then withdrawn.
I have had a brief browse through here and you still seem to be coming up with bugs in the firmware.
As it has not officially been launched in the UK yet, would you recommend I wait until it has been released (if it ever is) and a few more of the bugs sorted out (are there regular firmware updates?), or shall I risk it and get one of the one advertised on Ebay for around $600 ?
Thank you in advance for your wonderful sage like advice 😃

CPW says they will have the 7710 sometime in February. Nokia say the 7710 has now been lauched in the UK.

if you want to look unique and don't mind carying touch screen bulky phone then go buy it. People say this phone is bulky etc., etc., but i like my nokia 7710. yes very few softwares are available but they will come in the market along with the time.

overall its wroth phone and you should consider buying it. remember its touch screen so in most cases you won't be able to dial with one hand.
