Orange update

In my opinion I would say, don't worry about it, I only used it once to see what it did, found I couldn't uninstall it if I wanted and that it didn't do anything useful, so I reformatted my phone and haven't wanted it since, (I have had the phone since they came out).
If you want it maybe you should call the Orange technical helpline on 156 from your phone thay might be able to send it to you.

It doesn't do that, the only way to update firmware is to take the phone into a Nokia Service Centre.
