Example : sProfiles ON - autoloading. Where is the startup.bat ?

Everyone knows that they are a bunch of programs, that offer to autoload on boot of the phone. How is that done ? It is easy to understand, that the phone checks some directory or file for some information, telling it to load that software when loading up. I have some misuninstalled programs ( if i can say it that way ), and there is no way of removing 'em. So, i really need to know which file i should take a look at and/or delete completely. Please, help me. Some people say that there is No startup in Symbian, but obviously it is some sort of. Thank you in advance.
