Some time back, the built-in email client on my 3650 would no download email (I'm on T-Mobile USA) - it just hangs there on trying to connect. I hadn't changed any settings, so that wasn't it. I also had added or removed T-zones, so it doesn't seem dependent on that. I don't have T-Zones now, but I can still access Yahoo, so I'm pretty sure the basic access point settings are correct (gateway of 216.155.165.50 and all that).
I was searching the board, and there are some posts about changing the Port and Server Address through the advanced settings. I'm trying to do that, but the changes won't hold. I change it, exit the option, but when I go back, they are reset to zero again. Any ideas?
