I just want to clarify. I can transfer a word file from pc to the phone and work on it on the phone but when I'm done my pc cant even open the file when i transfer back the file to my pc. Is this normal?

with the vesion of the firmware currently available the Nokia 7710 has the same problem as the 9500 without a firmware upgrade in that any MS documents created/edited on the 7710 cannot be opened on PC using MS products when using XP with SP2.
