installing sis files?? help

even though the file is 1.3mb and the phone memory is 1.8mb, its not enough, you need twice the size of the original file. in fact you need more than twice the ammount coz the phone needs free memory to boot up (Enter the W.S.O.D)

it true that i'm trying to install quickoffice , but it' not that i have 3650..i have n-gage.
so the trick is that i must have more than 2.6mg of memory on my device..
but i have another sis file that is 3mb big..how can i install it...is it impossible...can i cut it in 3 smaller sis files..like hellix or what?
