Hi,
I would like to know from other 9300 users how long their standby time is. My is only two days then I have to charge the 9300 up. I ask me if two days are normal or if I've some programs running on my 9300 which reduce the standby time.
thanks,
Bernard
It depends how you use it. If I do a full charge on mine, using it a few times a day for only texting, it lasts for more than 7 days. When talking on the phone for about 2 mins a day and using some programs, it can last up to 5 days.

How are we supposed to answer that question when you don't mention anything about your usage?
I'm pleasantly surprised myself about how well the power management appears to be in this unit. Initially I was sceptical about the 970 mAh battery, but I'm getting even better battery life than I did with my P900 - which is 1260 mAh. I normally get two days as well, but that's with quite heavy usage (including quite a bit of webbrowsing, eBook reading, MP3 playing, gaming etc.).
A few simple steps to improve battery life:
1. Turn down the screen brightness
2. Reduce the time for when the screen blacks-out, both on the internal and external screen
3. Don't leave Bluetooth and GPRS constantly on.
Hi,
I deleted some programs and currently I think PowerProfiles could be the problem. After deactivating PowerProfiles it seems the standby time become much longer. I'll contact the company if this is a known problem with PowerProfiles. I used their SmartProfiles for my 6600 and had never such problems.
Is there anybody who also use PowerProfiles and has the same problem ??
Bernard
Hi,
yesterday I updated to version 1.1 of powerprofiles, which solved the problem.
