How to delete "Tools" folder?

4 replies · 2,608 views · Started 11 February 2005

Did a forum search but found nothin bout this - I moved all my icons out of the tools folder so that Its empty now - but still I dont have the option to delete this folder. Any idea?

Can you rename it (first move icons to it from some other folder, which you can delete)?

the tools folder is a default folder on the device. if you press 'c' then you get a message saying unable to delete folder, folder contains 2 hidden files. i dnt know wot these files are, but you can't see them and so can't delete the tools folder.

Exactly - but maybe one can delete these hidden files somehow. Or are they stored at Z drive...??

They probably are in the Z:\ drive, but that can't be edited, its a ROM drive.
