I used to have a Plantronics M3000 with my 6600 but got rid of it because the phone didn't ring when connected to the headset. It would only ring in the headset earpiece.
That meant you couldn't leave the headset on the dashboard of the car and put it on your ear when someone called. You were only aware someone was calling if you had the headset on. On a long journey even the best headset gets uncomfortable.
When connected to the supplied headphones, I notice the 6630 rings both in the headphones AND on the phone itself. Can anyone tell me if this is the same for a bluetooth headset? If so I may be tempted again.
Also, any recommendations for a top headset?

a top headset-Akono HBH-300 from Sony-Ericsson 😉
yes with b/t both phone and ear piece ring
I use bluetrek g2 which works well
Update:
On the strength of the advice above, I just bought a Motorola HS850. It's excellent and works extremely well with the phone.
1) Leave the headset on the dashboard.
2) Phone rings.
3) Open boom on headset - headset automatically turns on + connects to phone + answers call. Slow enough to give time to put the headset on but fast enough to answer the call in a reasonable time.
Sound quality, comfort, battery life, size - 10/10.
hi,
I use a hs-11w with my n6630, does everything it say's, although it "pinches" my ear after a couple of hours wear .
