Nokia 9500 notes synchronizing problem

Does anybody know if there is any way to synchronize the calendar notes between Outlook XP/2003 and the Nokia 9500. The option is just greyed out in the Nokia PC Sync - General Tab as well as the Microsoft Outlook Tab. The notes don't get transfered from my 9210 to my 9500 either.

I have the same thing with my Nokia PC Suite -- all the documentation and literature on the 9500 doesn't mention that you can sync up notes. Apparently, it does not work.

You are not able to sync Outlook notes with Pc-Suite.

I think to have a way:

- first, export outlook notes in a windows text file format with commas.
- in outlook todo, change parameters: choose an alarm hour that you agree.
- then, import the text file in outlook todo: erase map and buid map to have note in title and note in text note.
- At this time, all the notes are today. It's not very easy to read the day, and every day, you will have notes on the day. So, change the end date. Choose for example the last sunday of the year. Make this with each. To make it easy, change the first, then highlight the date, press Ctrl+C. Click on the next date field and press Ctrl+V, and so on.
- Sync your 9500.

Now, you have yours notes on 9500. Go to calendar, change view and choose todo. To find a note, use search function.

When you writte a new note (in 9500 or Outlook), in fact write a todo event: choose the same end day that others.

When you synchronyze, always your notes are update.

Maybe this helps in the future:
