Reboot when receiving phone calls (sigh)

HI all,

I've tried putting a support question into Sendo's support pages on this, but every time I do it seems to disappear into the ether, so I am hoping someone here can help me:

Very regularly my Sendo will reboot when I receive phone calls. It always seems to happen after about 10 seconds of talking and will invariably happen when I receive a phone call when Bluetooth is involved (headset or carkit), though is fairly common when just using the hadset on its own. I'm pretty sure it's nothing to do with software installed since the phone decided to do its own troubleshooting a few days back when it decided to do its own factory reset (I can only assume that somehow the keys for a factory reset were accidentally pressed in my pocket), and I still had the same problem with a completely empty phone.

Has anyone had this problem, and even better, does anyone have a solution?

In case it helps, I am using the phone on Orange France, with the latest generic French firmware (though in English) and I have manually set the phone to 900/1800 mode to avoid the missing incoming phone call problem.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Cheers,

David

Yes, I took my Sendo to 3GSM this week and for the first time it rebooted on me when I was making a data call and I'm pretty sure an SMS message was incoming.

I was actuall trying to cancel the data call, but it just didn't want to cancel the outgoing call at all, and I was pressing all the buttons but it locked up, and then a few seconds later - bang! it rebooted.

Hi have exactly the same problem : my phone reboot mith incomming calls.
And I can't find why....

I reinitialise it with "5".
I install the last firmware.

Nothing changed.

Is anybody can help me ?

I have heard of this problem before - apparanetly there is a fix for it in the latest version of the firmware which should be out in a few weeks.
