No save option for pictures received via bluetooth

I have a 3650 and i face the foll. problems, please help me

1. I dont get the 'save' option for the pictures i receive via bluetooth.
I cant transfer them from the 'inbox' to 'images'

2. I dont get the send option when i select all in recorder.

First of all try to restore ur ini files with *#7780#
