hy guys i've got a 32Mb MultiMediaCard but there is a password for the MMC
i've lost it and i format my 6600 phone and i've got also a MMC Reader is there any progs to format it or open it ???
i tried the MMCMedic but not detecting

I'm afraid there is no practical or economical way, except to throw that card away and buy a new one.

For Nokia s60 symbian phones(6600,7610...)
1. Open file explorer. (SeleQ, FExplore, AppMan, whateva'😉
2. search for MMCSTORE
3. when you find it, send it to yer PC
4. on PC, open the file with Notepad, or any word processor
there goes your password .
There is another small application which does the above for you called "MMCPwd" I think it's freeware but not sure.

Yep, well spotted. But atleast I didn't suggest throwing the mmc away. I did make a blunder, but I tried.
Has "b3b3" backed his phone up to the PC some time ago?
If so maybe he could restore his phone back to that last restore file and recover the lost password?
Other than that there has got to be another way to do this?
