6630 Bluetooth Sync Problems XPSP2

Bought new 6630 from Orange yesterday. It syncs fine with the USB cable, but refuses to see the phone with Bluetooth. I dont want to lug a USB cable around with me, and would much rather use Bluetooth to sync, like I used to with my older 6600

I have a Belkin PC Card Bluetooth Dongle. It worked fine with my old 6600.

Belkin Bluetooth Configuration Manager gives me the following message:

Service Bluetooth Serial Port is not found on Device Nokia 6630

Yet, when it searches for devices, it finds it.

I tried connecting through PC Suite (Version 6.41.6) downloaded from the Nokia website (after unistalling the version I got on CD that came in 6630 box)

I go to Manage Connections, and try to configure the bluetooth connection, Bluetooth (Microsoft) and when I go to configure it, I get the following message
"Cannot use the connection type. Check that all the needed hardware, software and drivers are available"

Can anyone help?
