Blocky Video Playback

I just bought my 6260, I've been checking out the features, and I've got a concern.

When I'm recording a video, the quality is pretty clear, but when I play it back on my Real Player the quality is very blocky, nothing like what it was when I was actually recording.

Is it the Real Player itslelf or are there better players out there which can playback at a better quality (non blocky)?

Its most likly to do with the video compression (3gp) it doesnet do fast movement very well.

I actually love the 3gpp encoding, The problem is that the camera records short real low res (low mbps) movies. However I have been converting movies down to 3gpp for a while and can get good quality on the phone or the web with the smallest file size.

1) I have the latest firmware

2) Even when I download clips off the WAP, the video is very poor, there're alot of squares (or pixels?) on the screen and you can hardly see anything.

I may be sending this phone back for a SE S700i now. That I heard has clearer video quality, plus it's got an ultra clear camera.
