Just type *#7370# on the standby screen (where you'd dial a phone number). Make sure your phone is fully charged or on AC (because you don't want the process to be interrupted by a power-loss). You will be asked for your phone's lock code (default is 12345, if you haven't changed it). All personal data (contacts, messages, settings, apps installed in phone memory, etc.) will be gone after that.
