File system 9300

Anyone who understands the file system in the 9300? I own this one for 2 weeks now. When I make a new folder in, say, Desk, I can only put in a note. Not a document or sheet. And even then, opening up File Manager, I can't find these files anywhere?
Am I stupid? Help! :icon4:

I think you are confusing yourself. When you make a New Folder in Desk, thats to put applications when installing not documents or to write notes. You can put shortcut to documents but u wont find them in File Manager.

Thanks! I finally found the "add to desk" shortcut, which made it all happen...
It was somewhat hidden in the file menu. When you open up the menu, at first you don't see this item, but continuous scrolling down reveals this way of making a shortcut. They force you that way in their filing system, keeping all the files at one place.
Thanks a lot.
