i m having a nokia 3650 and it was working properly but suddenly one day. when i switch off the phone and again when i switch it on the phone was unable to start and it shows a message i.e. startup failed contact the phone retailer. if the phone is not starting how will i format it. or is there any other way to format without starting the phone. No problem if my memory is erased i jus want my phone to start. please if any one knows it pls help me.

Try to bootup in safe mod without MMc card and then format phone...

Switch off your phone, remove the multi media card then power it on back in standby mode press *#7370#
