Please help....whenever i try to send a polyphonic ringtones it flashes a message saying protected items cannot be sent. send unprotected? If I select yes option it flashes a message saying protected item copyright cannot send.............i don't understand why?

Are the tones you're trying to send ones that you've paid for to download? If they are then I guess that they have a flag set in them to say that they're copyrighted so that you can't send them to others for free. I have a truetone I paid for and the send option isn't even available for it in the gallery, and using FExplorer the same message comes up. But other tones I've put on there myself will send fine.
