Nokia 6260 MMS Web Browsing Help

Hi I have the nokia 6260 phone and currently using it in canada. I'm using Rogers Wireless. I got them to give me their WAP settings for web browsing. I imput everything but when I connect it connects but I cannot access any webpages. Also I can't seem to send any of the pictures I've taken to any of my friends through the MMS feature. It also requires WAP settings but I input those too
I don't have a clue how to get them to work. Hopefully someone here has this phone in canada too and knows

Thank you in advance!

For sending MMS, you need Roger Wireless' "MMS Access Point" settings.

And for many operators accessing any Internet site besides their own or their "approved" WAP sites, you need the operators' "Internet Access Point" settings, too.

Once you have the settings on your phone, then in Messaging app MMS settings select the MMS access point to be used. And for web/browser access, choose the Internet access point as the browser default (in the browser application's settings) or per bookmark.

I do have the MMS and Internet WAP settings input on my phone already
when I connect to the browser it asks to choose an access point. I choose my rogers wireless access point that I put in and it connects. There is byte transfer but no page pop ups
For those who have the phone the beach chairs has a purple G circling around when it's connected correct? but when I ask it to open say... Ring tone download site on it it times out after like 5 mins of trying to connect
Anyone using this phone in canada that can help me out?

sorry for the double post but I am still looking for any possible answers for this problem of mine
anyone have this phone in canada? :frown:

Having WAP Access Point settings is not enough. You must also have GPRS Internet Access Point settings for full web access (browsing, email, etc.).
