Question for help: Contact Groups when sync with Outlook

When i sync with Outlook, all the Group iniformation was lost. Does anyone have solution to this?

Strange, becoming curious I checked mine and my groups are still in Outlook, but were never transfered to the 9500.
No problem at all, because I do not need groups in the 9500.
