I need a URGENT HELP !!!!!!
I apologize if this question has been asked before. I just bought the 9500
How do I map the fields between outlook and 9500. I want the contacts in my pc to go to nokia 9500.
1. I did used the sw thet is given by nokia which is crap
2. I did downloaded the sw from nokia wbsite which is fine and working.
3. But showing as not conencted
4. each type when I use my usb it is seatching for drivers even through driver were installed.
5. I am not able to sync ultimately
6. tryed all the ways .. saw a many websites .. flwd advises like load driver first the pc suite next etc ..
PLEASE HELP ME ...

well like you say you can't map the fields until you are connected! We can talk about that once you get connected!
First of all uninstall all the nokia software and start again. If you can use the install CD that came with the phone. Worked fine for 250 people with me. What OS are you using by the way? After the install might be an idea to reboot. Not really necessary tho. Then connect your phone via USB cable. At this point it should detect and automatically install. You should then be able to browse the phone etc etc.
If this doesn't work again and asks for drivers then let us know what file is it asking for? Is this on the CD ROM? Can you browse for the file manually, select it. Then does it let you continue?

This is probably because u are using a different USB port when u connect again or u didnt finish the driver installation the first u connected. The 9500 has different things which need the drivers to be installed like modem, etc and the driver window keeps coming up until u finish installing the drivers. Are you using XP?
