Hello to folks,
I bought IM+ a couple of weeks ago and I have been trying to make it work since that day. I even contacted shapeservices but they didn't want to help me... I found this very rude but anyway... I sent them 6-7 letter and they always replied with the same letter even tough I made the test they told me. I did the tests with the first letter, I told them it didn't work and for 5 times they kept on sending me the same letter they sent the first time. They asked me to try their account while the program can't even communicate with the server. I just wanted to report this case to warn you.
The problem is the MSN has changed protocol and thir software can't connect with MSN. The point is that if you need to use MSN with IM+ you should wait they will realise there is a mistake in the version 5.03. I have a 6600 with 5.27 firmware.
I only hope they will let me update my licence to the future version.
If anyone had the same problem I believe it would be helpful to write it in here and of course write to shapeservice to let them know that the problem is rather real.
