I have been following this site for a few weeks and finally decided that i should say something. I read that post re the Unlocking of the vodafone 6630s posted by that soon to be ex - employee. (i informed some close friends of mine that work for the company and they are looking into it)

I have the same problem.
I also had 1 of them email the vodafone unlock team (Yes they have a specific department for dealing with these things!!!!!)
email basicly adv that a custome was threatening legal action at not getting a code, something to do with this being against EU law i think i read earlier on a different post etc. the reply was short and sweet "adv them to take the action agains nokia for violating the service agreement"

i agree with nokia_6630 its not an ofcom issue they aare a gvt ombudsman and take ages to do anything, but how about us uk people get intouch with watchdog!
they like to do things, see what they did to singlepoint a couple of years ago
see what they did to o2 a couple of weeks ago??
I think its only a matter of time till vodafone is on as the same fault is affecting the S700i and the K700i now on its network

come on peeps its time for action, or it will be time to upgrade before we get this sorted!
