What r these rar files i ve downloaded black baller but it is rar file how 2 install pl help

In most cases, .rar files for phones are illegal/cracked applications. Legally distributed apps are generally delivered as .sis or .jar files and they install as-is.

.rar files are zipped files. They don't open with Windows own compressed file utility though. Try www.ultimatezip.com for a good, freeware, .rar unzipper.
