Please Help with Weird Outlook Notes Sync Issue

I have the latest version of Nokia PC Suite (6.41.6, downloaded from USA site today) installed on my PC.

If I add a new note to Outlook on my PC, it transfers to my 6620 without a problem, and if I add a new note to the 6620, it transfers to Outlook without a problem.

However if I delete or modify an existing note in Outlook, the same note in the phone is NOT deleted or modified. The same is true in the opposite direction.

Regarding the settings in Nokia PC Sync: Calender/To-do items, Contact Items, and Notes Items are all checked off under "What to Synchronize".

Am I the only one experiencing this? It seriously hampers the usefulness of Notes in both the phone and Outlook. Is there a way to fix this? Thank you!

BTW, Calender, To Do, and Contacts all sync flawlessly. The problem is only occuring with Notes.

Been having the same problem myself. Through experimentation I noticed that synchronization only picks up a note as being updated if the title (i.e. first line in note) changes. If you change the content of the body of the note, then synchronization does not detect it as being updated and does not update the note.
