No. FM radio cannot be created with just software. You must also have an FM radio receiver + antenna/aerial capable of receiving FM radio signals; the 3660 doesn't have such hardware.

You can try to find audio streaming services that work with the built-in Real Player, or with additional apps such as a AVEC radio, but they probably won't allow you to listen to local radio stations, and they may cost a lot in terms of data transfer feess.
