edit contacts on the nokia 6600 from my pc

One way: Synchronize them with PC Suite to, e.g., Microsoft Outlook and edit them in Outlook.

Another way: Use an app like Remote S60 (see the shop: http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/shop/).

Export the contacts to a file with an app such as SmartVCard (also in the shop, I think), move/copy the file to your PC and edit it with, e.g., Excel or any text editor (I should think SmartVCard can also read back the file).

Forget about PC suite, Outlook, etc...
