Did you press the Hash key (as in just press once) or did you press and hold (i.e. depress it for a long time) ?

Problem With Alphabeth Input
*** IMPORTANT ***
Quite a lot of people are complaining that they suddenly can't type any alphabets.
No matter how hard they press the "ABC" button, the alphabet mode just won't
appear. This is apparently a known issue after you have installed wildskin.
To fix this problem, please uninstall Wildskin then follow the steps below.
Step 1.
Open any file explorer program (e.g: FExplorer, SeleQ, etc.)
Screenshots shown are using FExplorer.
Step 2.
Browse to C: drive.
Useful information:
C: is Flash
D: is RAM
E: is Disk (MMC)
Z: is ROM
Step 3.
Browse to system directory/folder.
Step 4.
Highlight the System.ini file
Step 5.
Press Options and select File
Step 6.
Choose Delete from the menu
Step 7.
A confirmation will ask if you are really sure to delete this file. Don't be afraid, just choose Yes (shown as Oui here -French version- ^_^).
Restart your phone by switching it off and on again. The system.ini will be automatically generated again and you would be able to input any alphabet again ^_^
