I have been having some problems with my 6600, but since friday, i can hardly use it, since twe 2 menu buttons won't do what i want them do... the left one is set to contact, but no gives the menu when i press it, and the right one was set to messages, but won't work at all, even though i can see it makes contact, since my screen lights up... how can i fix this??? i went back to the store where i got the phone, but the warranty had just ran out, and they told me to go to the nokia store, and there they would install the phone all over again... anyone have any other suggestions, or knows how to do that myself???

Maybe you need to format the phone to its orginal settings see if that helps.
