I am convinced my 9300 wont restart because the software is so corrupted it wont even start. There must be a MASTER SUPER RESET button or sequence right? I cant ever get to the poiont of seeing hands to push the hard reset sequence. Isnt there an emergency KILL ALL, start from scatch, erase everthing in memory procedure???

What seems to be the problem? If it's that you have blank screens and pressing the on/off button doesn't work despite it being charged, try removing the battery and then placing a coin over all the terminals inside the communicator, then replace the battery. There's no way the software can corrupt like windows to stop the communicator booting.
