Solution for auto-deleted sms in inbox

Remove the third party application "MIGHTY BACKUP".It's the reason for the problem.Just remove it and see the result.Really work and no side effect at all.

Wow, didn't know Mighty Backup has anything to do with SMS dissappearing. Got Mighty Backup removed since day 1
