install software on nokia 6600

Using the PCSUITE means that in a way or another you can connect

the other way is using BlueTooth! YES. blue tooth! All you have to do is
to buy a USB Bluetooth, a device that looks like a small pen drive, that
connects your phone to the pc.

I bought one last week, it doesn't cost a lot, it cost me 20 USD/EURO

So you can send sis files directly to your mobile (they arrive as messages, and install begins when you open the message), or copy sis files in your favorite folder on your MMC for later installs, or directly install the sis file using the PCSUITE
using the wireless bluetooth!
