Hello,

i am french i bought a 6260 in Moscow and the language inside is English or russian naturali ..
who can i add french language please ???

you go inte the menu, down to the "Settings", pres this and then pres "Phone", "General" and "Phone language" but I have only 3 languages inside my settings, don't know if you have french in yours...

If you are not happy with the built-in languages, you should send/take the phone to your nearest authorized Nokia service center and ask them to put (flash) a software package (firmware) that includes the language you want. Additional languages are not user-installable.

ok but can i do that myself ???
where can i find firmware for this phone ??

thx

Nokia is not distributing firmware files to others than service centers, so there are no legal ways to get the files.

In addition, you would also need relatively expensive equipment to make use of the firmware files.

Why not just take the phone to your nearest service centre like N/A suggested? I'm sure that getting the language added to your phone would be free or very cheap to do.
