a lot of "System error" after last telefonica update

after the last telefonica (spain) sendo x update i am not able anymore to check my email via CSD or GPRS. it brakes down with:
General: System error
the configuration looks ok to me...

a nother thing...
the same when i use the right softkey for "contact" or anything else.
it gives me:
NOW:System error
but its executing the comand (in this case open contacs). it just takes a bit longer...

1st, take a backup of your phone to SD card or PC.

Do a format of the phone (press 5 down while you turn the phone on) - then re-configure your settings and see if that works.

If all is ok, then restore your backup to the phone.
