I Purchased Extended Recordert 12/31/04, they charged my card but never delivered product. Then I have sent numerous emails and they don't respond. Is anyone else having this problem.

When you get your credit card bill tell the bank you didnt get the goods that you paid for they will then pursue the matter through various legal channels.

Good advice. I see they advertise on this website. Their must be other people having this problem.

I hate them with a passion!
They use some security program with all their apps. Every few months their apps (I have 4 of them) stop working and display a message that they have expired, and to please input a new code. I have tried using my old codes but they never work again. This has happened at least four times per app. (and counting).

I them email them and they typically take 2 to 3 weeks to respond. Their responses typically recommend that I un-install and re-install, which NEVER works. They then ask questions that I have already given the answers to (I always hit reply to their emails). For example, I will include my phones IMEI and the codes I have tried, and they will reply with an email asking for my IMEI!!! 😡

At this point I'm usually so pissed I start using profane language. They then typically send the latest versions of the programs WITHOUT new security codes, so I then have to send another email asking for the codes. Keep in mind each email is followed by a two week wait for their reply!!!

It's too bad because they have good ideas for software - they just dont know the first thing about customer service.

well that has ruined my image for psiloc in my mind.. these guys should definitely be better then that at customer services..

Well my policy is now to avoid installing ANY piece of software from Psiloc, as they corrupted my system seriously. Too bad, as I purchased two interesting packages (eRecorder and HotSpotFinder), but there is no way to get them running stable and safe. Finally I destroyed them completely (which is a cumbersome exercise), then reset the system from scratch.
