The backlight of the SE P910 goes on even when the Java-MIDlet is backgrounded. Every 20 seconds the MIDlet attempts to establish a Bluetooth-connection, the MIDlet stays in the background, but unfortunately the backlight is switched on at this time.
This backlight switch on is not good, it drains the battery and attracts attention involontarily. We dont have this problem with the Nokia phones.
What is causing the backlight to switch on? Can I get around it?
