phone's contacts won't show on pc suite

why won't pc suite see my contacts stored on my phone?

I use the address book of outlook express when I synchronize but I thought that it would work both ways, like in old nokia pc suite.

i can't seem to find the contacts.cbd file using ffexplorer on my phone's c: drive. anyone have an idea?

also, doesn't pc suite automatically save sent messages/ drafts/ and inbox messages? apparently, mine doesn't or I do not know how!

PC Suite doesn't sych messages (SMS or email) with Series 60 phones.

It synchs contacts with the "real" Outlook, but I suppose it should do it with Outlook Express, too. Make sure you have the latest version from http://www.nokia.com/pcsuite (and if necessary, recreate the synch profile and make sure you select to synch with Outlook Express and not Outlook).

The contacts.cdb file on the phone is in C:\System\Data
