I'd be grateful for anyone's ideas or help.
Had this phone for 2 weeks, loving it, plugged it in to charge last night as usual, woke up this morning and the phone had the red led lit and was switched off.
Couldn't switch it on again. Took the battery out, left for 30 minutes, put the battery back in. As soon as the battery went in, the red led came on again.
Plugged in the charger, red led stays on, but cannot switch the phone on.
So I have a dead phone right now. I've got it plugged in to the charger at the moment, in case the battery has been completely discharged, but 30 minutes later and the phone will not switch on even when plugged into the charger with the red led lit all the time.
Is it possible to mess the phone up while charging? Could it be the battery? Or am I going to have to send the phone in to be fixed, which will cost of course...
Any clues anyone please?
