Lost password on memory card

I have a Nokia 6600, and I've lost my password to the memory card. Nokia won't help me since the card isn't their's (it's a noname card that T-Mobile sent with the phone). T-Mobile said to reformat the card, but that didn't help with the password. What can I do to remove a password like this?
