The US Patent Office recently granted PalmOne a patent for a folding screen PDA. The idea is that it would be used in a clamshell device with thr two halves opening out to form a tablet like device. I don't think we will see this anytime soon, but it is interesting
innovation, and puts the spotlight on how long the process can take!
